Wow, what a stunning pair! Gorgeous and iconic ‘Scissor’ chairs by Folke Ohlsson for Dux, made in Sweden circa 1960's. This classic design features clean and simple lines with subtle angles that look great from any angle. It’s also very comfortable!
Scissor chairs were most commonly produced in a stained beech, but this pair is executed in glowing solid teak with a beautiful grain. We chose a stunning turquoise fabric for the brand new cushions that contrasts just beautifully with the warm teak frame. This is Knoll’s rich, nubby Classic Boucle in the ‘Aegean’ colorway. This set has been professionally restored and is in excellent vintage condition. There is a light water stain to one leg as shown. New webbing, high density foam cushions, and upholstery.
