Nordic architects and furniture designers have a long history of creating efficiency in built spaces. Modular wall units -configurable to fit each home's needs- exemplify this idea, and Poul Cadovius's CADO wall units exemplify the genre.
Highly sought after for its grace, warmth, and supreme functionality, Cado wall units are the answer to any home's storage and display needs. 'System CADO' was designed in the 1960s and crafted in Denmark.
This example, in beautifully patina'd teak, consists of three 'bays'. The modular cabinets and shelves can be configured however you like. This set includes:

3x shelves: 11.75" deep
5x shelves: 8.75" deep
1x 4-drawer unit
1x lift-top vanity/desk unit
1x 2-door unit with adjustable interior shelf
(all necessary brackets for above)
*All units are 29.875" wide
Overall width installed as shown: 96"

This piece is in excellent vintage condition, with minor age-appropriate wear and scratches, and with the following to note: There is a chip on the bottom edge of one drawer. The vanity unit has some professionally filled/repaired areas. The shelves have minor wear/small chips. The back corned of the display shelf was repaired. The rails have some light chipping and extra holes drilled for additional fasteners. Overall this unit presents very well!
