A beautiful vintage Danish teak refectory table made by Dyrlund in the 1960s. In typical ingenious Danish fashion, the leaves are self-storing, so you never have to worry about them getting lost or damaged. You can pull out one or both leaves to extend the table as needed: it is a very practical and dynamic mid-century design.
This table beautifully designed with elegant details. The sides are curved, and the leaves continue the elegant taper when extended. The edges are beveled, rather then squared off. The apron sides are also curved, and the teak has a beautiful patina.
This table is in excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of wear. There is a small ding on one end, an area of very light discoloration, and a few very minor scratches. See photos.
53" x 34" x 29.125" high
Fully extended the table is 91.5" long.
