This lovely piece of vintage Danish teak was recently brought over from Denmark. We don't often see this size and shape here as they were made for the Danish domestic market and not exported. to North America. I love the jaunty look provided by the tall, turned, tapered legs. It features a brass keyhole (no key, unfortunately, although you could probably have one cut at a locksmith) and sculpted pulls. The teak has lovely grain and the beautiful patina of decades.
At just 24.5" wideand 16" deep by 41" high, it's a wonderful size and scale for a small bedroom or entryway.
This piece is in used vintage condition, and is appropriate for those who enjoy some history on their furniture. There are a few very small veneer chips on the drawers and some rings and stains on the top.
