This is a lovely 1960s Danish rosewood table with gorgeous grain and two leaves that store folded and hidden inside.
Notice how nicely made it is, with wide, curved laminated apron and wooden brackets holding the leaves. It has a beautiful butterfly mechanism wherein the two leaves are stored within the table and flip up to meet with the half-round sides. The study legs have an elegant carved detail and gorgeous rosewood grain.
This table presents very well for its age, and has the usual signs of wear consistent with age and use. These include a few light scratches and blemishes as shown and some chips and veneer loss on the apron. Price reflects these.
