This is a beautifully made, refined teak extension table made in Denmark in the 1950s or 1960s. It has absolutely gorgeous glowing book matched teak wood veneers with solid teak edging and legs. Very well designed, with fine and unusual details such as the elegantly tapered sides and curved apron. It just makes you happy to look at it!
From a Cape Cod estate which included some very high-end Danish pieces by Arne Vodder and others. The tapered leaves self-store so you never have to worry about damaging or storing them. Either one leaf or both may be extended for a variety of seating options. Fully extended seats 8.
In truly excellent vintage condition. There is one blemish on top, a very tiny dent and a couple of small. light scratches. See detail photos. Marked "Made in Denmark".
