This is a terrific vintage 1950s/1960s dining set by Blowing Rock Furniture, North Carolina (a subsiduary of Broyhill Furniture.) It has six chairs and three leaves, so it can be set up to seat 4, 6, 8, or 10 people!
The chairs, with their sculptural backs clearly influenced by the iconic Danish designs of Hans Wegner, have all been tightened and reupholstered with new high-density seat foam and gorgeous high-end Knoll wool Classic Boucle fabric in a lovely soft grey color. It's the bottom color in the image of fabric, above. ("Neutral": http://www.knoll.com/knolltextileproductdetail/Classic+Boucle).
There are 5 side chairs and one captain's chair with arms, which boasts an exposed joinery detail on the curved back. A few of the chairs have repaired breaks which appear to have been done decades ago and are not very noticeable. I've gone over them and tightened and repaired any issues. All are sturdy and strong... and very comfortable!
The table has gorgeous sculptural leg detailing with brass tips. The table top shows some wear from decades of use (see photos) but is in overall good condition. One of the three leaves is slightly darker, probably because it was rarely used and not exposed to sunlight.
Table dimensions:
Without leaves (seats 4-6) ...58" x 40"
With one leaf ...70" x 40"
With two leaves ...82" x 40"
With three leaves (seats 10) ...94" x 40"
