OH HOLD - An unusual solid teak coffee table designed by Tove and Edvard Kindt-Larsen for France & Daverkonen, one of the finest furniture makers in Denmark in the 1960s and 1960s (later France & Son.) Notice the beautiful stretcher bars that are carved in a twist. Fully signed on verso with France & Daverkosen gold brand and John Stuart (high end importer) button.
This piece was modified by a previous owner and had a small hole drilled in the very center of the table. We have filled the hole with a teak plug and refinished the top with a new coat of Danish oil. It is in excellent condition, with only a couple of very small, old dings as can be seen in the photos.
