A gorgeous example of this iconic Danish design by Svend Aage Larsen for Faarup Møbelfabrik 1960s. Long and lean in glowing teak with elegantly tapered legs and lots of shelf and drawer space for storage. The wonderful tambour doors roll away out of sight when opened. Inside are adjustable shelves (with lovely brass-lined peg holes) and four felt-lined fingerjointed drawers. It’s even finished on the back side, so it could be used a room divider. This piece is a real beauty!
This piece is in excellent vintage condition with minor age-appropriate wear. There are some very minor blemishes to the top and a few dents/dings to the bottom front edge of the cabinet. There is a filled knot hole original to manufacture. The long inner shelves are slightly bowed.
