Long, low, leggy, and truly stunning. This modernist sideboard was designed by Svend Aage Larsen and crafted at Faarup Møbelfabrik in Denmark circa 1959. The unusually warm walnut (rarely seen in this design) works beautifully with teak furniture.
This piece features three adjustable shelves and four finger-jointed shallow drawers behind the magical hide-away tambour doors. The finished back makes this credenza ideal for placement in an open floor plan, making it a great focal point.
In excellent vintage condition. The restored top has a couple of small scratches and a very small darker spot near the right edge. The case has some minor wear. Please see photos.
