Børge Mogensen Style Leather 3-seat Sofa - SOLD

A vintage Danish interpretation of the classic Børge Mogensen sofas.  This handsome 3-seater sofa is upholstered in bittersweet-chocolate brown leather with that warm, broken-in feel. So much nicer than brand new! Danish sofas are lower and smaller scale than typical American sofas... really nicely proportioned.

This is a high quality sofa, probably produced by Grant Mobelfabrik. The cushions the cushions are down-filled, with lovely linen backing fabric, and very comfortable! 

This piece is in excellent vintage condition with light age-appropriate wear as shown, a few scuffs and slight discoloration in a couple of areas. The dust cover underneath has a tear.

Percival Lafer Brazilian Rosewood & Suede Lounge Chairs, A Pair - SOLD

This is a wonderful, super-comfortable and super-groovy rosewood and gold suede set by highly collectible Brazilian designer Percival Lafer. 

This set is in good vintage condition. We have not cleaned the suede in any way, and there are some spots that could use a cleaning. One chair has a small tear on the inner arm, easily repairable from behind and not very noticeable. There is also an ottoman; the legs are not rosewood but steel, and their outer printed layer is coming off. We have included the ottoman free with the chairs for this reason.

OUTSTANDING GEORG THAMS DANISH LEATHER & ROSEWOOD LOVESEAT - SOLD

This is a real find. A very high-quality leather two-seat couch designed bymanufactured by Grant Mobelfabrik in the 1970s. The frame is beautifully designed with a scalloped back. The leather is gorgeous and soft; the cushions are down-filled, with lovely linen backing fabric, and extremely comfortable! (We also have a three-seat version available.)

This piece is in excellent vintage condition. There is a chip in one back leg and a very small tear on the back behind the cushion. Otherwise, just very minor abrasions and wear.

This is a real find. A very high-quality leather three-seat couch manufactured by Grant Mobelfabrik in the 1970s. The frame is beautifully designed with a scalloped back. The leather is gorgeous and soft; the cushions are down-filled, with lovely linen backing fabric, and extremely comfortable! (We also have a two-seat version available.)

This piece is in excellent vintage condition. There are some abrasions on the back edge as shown, small dents in the back and side from storage, a tiny ding/tear on one side as shown, and two scratches on the front rosewood leg. Otherwise, just very minor abrasions and wear.

A vintage Danish interpretation of Børge Mogensen's classic sofas by Erik Jørgensen.  This 2-seater sofa is upholstered in cognac-colored leather. Danish sofas are lower and smaller scale than typical American sofas... really nicely proportioned.

In very good vintage condition with minor wear as shown. There is a small white mark on the back. One seat has a scratch as pictured. The cushion inserts are in excellent condition and very comfortable!

Norman Cherner for Plycraft Armchair - SOLD

A mid-century design icon! This fabulously sculptural chair was designed in 1958 by Norman Cherner, popularized Norman Rockwell's 1961 Saturday Evening Post cover, and has become one of the most iconic pieces from the American mid-century modernism movement. Re-issued in 1999 by Cherner's sons, the authentic, original chairs are highly sought after.

This gorgeous example, in molded walnut plywood and beech, is one of the nicest we've seen. It is in excellent vintage condition with minor, age-appropriate wear. There are some minor dings on the legs, a tiny veneer snag on the back top edge, and the original back screws have been replaced. Retains the original Plycraft label.

Fantastic Leather & Teak Safari Chair - $825

What a great chair! This is a teak and leather sling chair in the campaign style. Clearly influenced by the designs of Kaare Klint, Arne Norell and Michel Arnoult, we have not made an attribution on this piece. It has beautiful details and wonderful supple leather.

In excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of wear. There are a couple of minor dings on the legs, and one back joint has been reglued at some point. See photos.

Mid-Century Danish Modern Daybed - SOLD

A handsome and versatile piece of furniture! This daybed matches the pair of chairs we have listed separately. It was made in Yugoslavia in the 1950s or 1960s and has been completely refurbished with new high density foam and gorgeous heathered grey/brown 100% wool: Maharam's 'Divina MD' by Kvadrat. This sumptuous fabric is Greenguard Gold certified for healthy emissions.

The wood frame has been reinforced with white oak cross braces and the spring support system has been reinforced with new Pirelli webbing. The wood frame has light, age-appropriate wear.

Mid-Century Teak & Wool Recliner by Westnofa - SOLD

Wonderful sculptural lines! This teak recliner was produced by the Westnofa or Norway circa 1960. The original blue-and-teal wool upholstery has some very light discoloration and a repaired tear on the back bottom corner. The beautifully grained teak frame has some small splits on the armrests as shown, and minor age-appropriate dings and scratches.
